Here's a fix we did today for a new client on Heartwood Drive in Monroeville today.

The client previously had a contractor come in and "rebuild" her retaining wall for her. She spent a good sum of money to have them do this and look what they left her (in the before pic)! We couldn't believe it when we came to see it.

Please, if you're looking for someone to come do something like this, make sure they have experience and have multiple job photos or references to back them up! We see this so often, passing by project sites, seeing photos posted on social media by "contractors," or even when we get calls like this one. People claim they know what they're doing, but in reality, they might have worked on a wall job for a company but don't have a clue as to what they're doing and are just out to make a buck rather than taking pride in their work.

We got the client's wall back in order by creating an actual base for it, assuring its stability for years to come, as well as planted grass around it rather than leaving a pile of earth with limestone mixed in it.
